You may request an exchange or refund for unused items within 30 days if you find that we have overlooked a defect. However, since we are in teh hygiene business we will be unable to accept returns on used items.

We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return details. Once you receive your RA from us, your product must be received in our

warehouse within the next 10 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
